Actual problem of refrigerating technics is the energy consumption and cost per unit of produced cold. For this purpose used a termoekonomic diagnosis — section exergy method of real systems analysis. A new method termoeconomic diagnosing of vapor compression refrigerating machine based on the concept of exergy cost of the product elements that will detect anomalies in its basic elements and determine the cost of exergy destruction in each of them was developed. In determining the cost of the target product exergetic introduce the concept of flow negentropy. The refrigerating machine elements separation are carried to those that used in the form «fuel» not only exergy, but also negentropy, and those that are «delivered» negentropy.
